By creating an Account, You represent and warrant that You are 21 years of age or older. uge212 reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification (e.g., Indonesian KTP, passport, driver's license) to verify Your age at any time. Failure to provide requested verification within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
The Platform is intended for users residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time of Account registration and at the time of placing any Bet. By using the Platform, You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of Your jurisdiction of residence. uge212 does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to users from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
You represent and warrant that: (a) You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; (b) You are not acting on behalf of any third party; (c) all information You provide during registration and KYC verification is accurate, current, and complete; (d) You are not registering an Account for any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purpose; and (e) You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, gambling addiction treatment program, or legal restriction that would prohibit Your use of the Platform.

uge212 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank card photo, e-wallet screenshot) to complete verification. KYC documentation must be submitted within 72 hours of Account registration or before Your first Withdrawal request, whichever occurs first. Accounts that remain unverified beyond this period may be restricted from placing Bets or processing Withdrawals until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication tokens). You must not share Your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify uge212 immediately if You suspect any unauthorized access to Your Account. uge212 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access that occurs due to Your failure to maintain credential security.
uge212 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close Your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine (in our sole discretion) that You have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused Bonuses, manipulated betting markets, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other users. In the event of Account closure for Terms violations, any remaining Account balance may be forfeited, and any pending Bets may be voided.
uge212 supports Deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). All Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in Your own legal name. Third-party Deposits (i.e., Deposits made from an account not registered in Your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and funds being returned to the originating account.
Deposits are processed instantly or within 5 minutes during WIB banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB; Saturday 08:00–12:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience processing delays of up to 2 hours. Minimum Deposit amounts are IDR 50,000. Maximum single-transaction Deposit limits vary by payment method and Account verification status. You may view Your current Deposit limits in the Account settings section of the Platform. uge212 reserves the right to reject any Deposit that does not comply with these Terms or that we suspect to be fraudulent or related to money laundering.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and conversion fees may apply. You acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations are beyond uge212's control, and we are not responsible for any losses arising from currency conversion.
You may request a Withdrawal of Your Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set forth in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for Your most recent Deposit, unless otherwise approved by uge212 customer support. All Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. If Your Account is not fully verified, Your Withdrawal request will be held pending completion of KYC documentation.
Verified Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes during WIB banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB; Saturday–Sunday 08:00–18:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours may be processed on the next available banking day. First-time Withdrawals and Withdrawals exceeding IDR 10,000,000 may require additional security review and processing time of up to 24 hours.
Minimum Withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000. Daily Withdrawal limits vary by Account verification tier: Standard verified Accounts have a daily limit of IDR 50,000,000; Enhanced verified Accounts (requiring additional documentation) have a daily limit of IDR 100,000,000. uge212 does not charge Withdrawal processing fees, but Your payment provider (bank, e-wallet) may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees incurred.
Withdrawals of Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements disclosed in the applicable Bonus terms. If You request a Withdrawal before meeting the stated wagering requirements, the Bonus and any winnings derived from the Bonus will be forfeited, and only the original Deposit amount (minus any Bets already placed) will be eligible for Withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from Bonus issuance) or the Bonus will expire.
By placing a Bet on the Platform, You agree to the specific rules and conditions governing that Bet, including but not limited to: the odds displayed at the time of Bet placement, the applicable betting market rules, the official result determination process, and any event-specific terms disclosed on the Bet slip or market page. All Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, edited, or reversed unless specifically permitted by market rules (e.g., "Cash Out" functionality where available).
Sports Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing sports authority or league (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 for Indonesian domestic football, EPL for English Premier League). Settlement times vary by sport and event. Most markets are settled within 2 hours of the official result being declared. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, Bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.
Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger) are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by third-party licensed providers. All game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation. If a technical error occurs during live play (e.g., connection failure, dealer error, equipment malfunction), the affected game round will be reviewed, and uge212 reserves the right to void the round and return stakes to affected players.
Togel draws and lottery-style games are settled based on official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority or game provider. uge212 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet service provider failures, power outages, or any other force majeure event. In the event of a force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as quickly as possible, and affected Bets may be voided at our discretion.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to Your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uge212 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
In the event of a dispute between You and uge212, You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of Your initial contact, either party may escalate the matter to formal arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction governing these Terms. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against uge212.
uge212 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes Your acceptance of the changes.
